On May 11, 2012, at approximately 3:08 A.M., a Hispanic male, approximately 20 years of age, wearing a gray and black striped t-shirt entered a Quik Mart at 4280 E. Benson Highway and started to argue with the employee. The suspect became upset with the employee and picked up a pack of mint icebreakers and threw it at the employee hitting him in the forehead.
The suspect left with a second Hispanic male in a red mustang. The suspect appears to have a tattoo on the inside of his right forearm.
Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to call 9-1-1 or 88-Crime.
