Recent Sex Offender Notifications
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS 13-3825, which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public when the release of information will enhance public safety and protection.
The individuals pictured in this notification have been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification. They are not wanted by the sheriff's department at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed community is a safer community. Sex offenders have always lived in our communities, but law enforcement was not allowed to share this information with you. After passage of Megan’s law, we are now allowed to share this information with you. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated. Further, such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notifications.
Registered sex offenders are categorized into three levels: This site will only show level 2 and 3 offenders. All the offenders listed here are either initial sex offender registrants or have relocated, requiring new notifications.

On 02/04/1999, Mr. Leos pled guilty to One Count of Indecent Exposure to a Minor and Public Sexual Indecency to a Minor. These charges were the result of incidents involving three female victims under the age of fifteen. In 2006, Mr. Leos was convicted of Indecent Exposure and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The victim was a 13 year old female stranger.
