In the early morning hours of March 20, 2008, a Tucson Police Department Officer patrolling in the 1200 block of W. St. Mary’s arrested escapee Jessica Hubble at a local fast food restaurant.  Ms. Hubble was one of three (3) trustee inmates who escaped from the Pima County Commissary building.  The Commissary is a separate stand alone building located to the west of the jail. Ms. Hubble was booked into the Pima County jail on 2nd Degree Escape.

We are still seeking the public’s assistance in locating inmates, Jennifer Bachie and Katrina Ochoa.
