Through investigative leads and the public’s assistance, Kathryn Diana Dominica (DOB 5/6/55), who resides in the 4200 Block of Rillito Creek Place, was arrested for the murder of Gayle Patrick.  During Kathryn Dominica’s interview with Pima County Sheriff’s Department Homicide detectives, Kathryn Dominica made statements that were inconsistent with what she had told other people.

The relationship between Kathryn Dominica and Gayle Patrick was that of a business relationship – Gayle Patrick had purchased health related products from Kathryn Dominica in the past.
