On March 18, 2008, at approximately 2:00pm, three (3) work release female inmates escaped from the jail. These work release inmates were working in the Commissary section of the jail. They were with a group of work release inmates working in the same area. When the group returned to their housing unit, it was discovered that three (3) inmates were missing. It appears that these three (3) inmates escaped through the loading dock and out the west end of the building.  The initial search for these escapees turned up their jail uniforms, under a bridge, just west of the building.

The three (3) escapees are:

White Female 5’01 150 lbs Brown/Blue Eyes
Original Charges: Failure to Appear/Marijuana Possession

Jessica Hubble DOB 07/21/75
White Female 5’07 140 Brown Hair/Blue Eyes
Original Charges: Drug Paraphernalia Possession

Katrina Ochoa DOB 09/13/83
Hispanic Female 5’04 160 Brown Hair/Brown Eyes
Original Charges: Probation Violation/Trafficking Stolen Property
