A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Andrew Johannes Rodriguez (DOB 10/16/82), in connection with the shooting death of Oscar Adrian Herrera (DOB 10/15/87). 

On January 21, 2008, at approximately 1:45pm, deputies responded to the 5800 block of South Helena Stravenue in reference to shots being fired.  Upon arrival, deputies found Mr. Herrera on the floor inside the residence, fatally injured from at least one gunshot wound.

David Ronald Kuhns (DOB 07/26/84) and Taylor Mitchell Robbins (DOB 09/06/89) were arrested on January 22, 2008, for 1st Degree Murder in connection with the homicide.  A warrant was issued on January 24, 2008, for the arrest of Victor Moreno (DOB 06/01/80).
