On November 9, 2006, at approximately 11:23pm, Pima County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an attempted armed robbery at the Circle K located at Country Club and Ajo.  The suspect, described as a Hispanic male, mid-40s, wearing a black hat, gray jacket, black shorts, black tennis shoes, and a gray with black sweater, had already fled from the scene on foot.  Deputies learned that the suspect had approached the clerk at the counter and displayed a screwdriver before demanding money.

The Robbery Assault Team was able to obtain good quality still shots of the suspect. They are making the photographs available in hopes of apprehending this subject and criminally charging him for the aggravated assault.
